Developing a Highly Qualified
Workforce for New Jersey

Preparing Young Adults for Postsecondary Education and Success in the Workforce

As the non-profit 501(c)(3) arm of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the NJ Chamber of Commerce Foundation (NJCCF) serves as the voice of business to young adults throughout the Garden State.

We partner with national and NJ-based non-profits, K-12 schools, community-based organizations, institutes of higher education, workforce development boards and government agencies, and other strategic stakeholders to prepare young adults of great promise for the increasingly competitive worlds of college and careers.

Why the NJCCF?

The NJCCF leverages the 100-year reputation of the State Chamber and the collective authority of Chamber members as potential future employers to share insights, data and training with today’s young adults through multiple partnerships.

The work of the NJCCF today will have a positive impact on our business community for years to come by ensuring entry-level employees have the skills necessary for success.
