Bio

Mr. Ingram-Harrow joined Weequahic High School in 2022 and has been serving JAG students since 2025. He began his work in the building as a Per-Diem Substitute Teacher and, through demonstrated commitment and leadership, transitioned into a long-term role supporting students.

Prior to entering education, he played arena football and worked at UPS. His diverse professional background informs his practical, real-world approach to mentoring and preparing students for life beyond high school.

He earned his Associate’s Degree in Sports Administration from Monroe College and his Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Union University. He continues to pursue professional growth as he works toward completing his Praxis examination.

Although he was not initially familiar with Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG), his introduction to the program sparked a strong commitment to its mission. He is passionate about being a consistent, positive presence for students who may not always feel seen or heard. Through JAG, he focuses on building meaningful relationships, teaching essential life skills, and expanding opportunities for young people.

Fun Fact: He has the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations — a skill developed through years of coaching, athletics, and mentoring.
