Tachel Winstead

Tachel Winstead brings over two decades of combined experience as a leader and educator, supporting both youth and adults in a variety of settings. She has successfully merged her corporate background in business and finance with her work in education to empower students with workforce readiness and leadership skills. Passionate about helping people discover their strengths, Ms. Winstead is dedicated to equipping students with the tools to plan and achieve their life goals.

In 2025, Ms. Winstead joined Pinnacle Academy as a JAG Specialist, inspired by the program’s mission to provide opportunity and support. As a lifelong learner, she looks forward to helping students build the confidence, skills, and pathways they need to thrive in the future.
