This annual list honors influential educators, nonprofit executives, and policymakers shaping the future of education in New Jersey. Under Custard’s leadership, the Foundation has expanded its impact through initiatives such as Jobs for America’s Graduates New Jersey (JAG NJ), which equips students with the skills and support needed to succeed in high school, postsecondary education, and careers.
